« Product Pricing & How to Order »
 Pricing for ArmorArt™ products varies significantly. Factors influencing price include: design effort, material, finish, size, fabrication, shipping & installation. Pieces can range from $140 to $14,000! But don't fret! We have an affordable product for you!
Though all products we make are made when ordered, we have several 'off-the-shelf' products, which really are not 'off-the-shelf', but they are of a standard size and configuration. Their design cost has already been amortized, there are several designs available, and we can make them in bulk. These products are:
 « Door Grilles (right) fit either 36''W x 80'' tall (standard) doors, or 36''W x 96'' (8') doors. The glass in these doors is 22x64 or 22x80 respectively. Grilles fit over and around the window (attached to the outside of the door, around the trim).
Grilles can be permanently attached, or hinged. If fastened to the door, we put a coat of Rain-X® on the glass - all you have to do to clean it is hose it off. Hinged Grilles come with heavy-duty locking hasps, either on the face of the door, or through the door. Of course, hinged Grilles are higher priced. Fastened Grilles come complete w/ the fasteners of your choice: pop rivets, 2'' wood screws, or riv-nuts w/ 1-1/2'' (tamper-resistant) machine screws.
So, to order your new ArmorArt™ Grilles, we need to know what size door it is, what design you would like, what color or finish you want it to have, whether or not it is hinged, what fasteners or locking mechanism you want, and your contact information. Once we receive your check, we will make your Grilles. You should receive them within 4-6 weeks. If you are a Central Florida customer, we will do the installation for you.  « Deluxe Metal & Glass Door Inserts (right) are for the same size door windows, except they replace the window. For Inserts, we can: 1) Replace your entire entryway with new, pre-hung doors (with our inserts pre-installed); 2) Swap out your old (stained glass) inserts with our new ones; or, 3) We can even cut a hole in your solid door on-site and then install your new inserts!
Like Grilles, our Inserts come in several different designs and colors/textures. We also have numerous kinds of decorative textured glasses from which to choose.
So, to order your new ArmorArt™ Inserts, we need to know what size door it is, what design you would like, what color or finish you want it to have, what kind of interior glass you desire, and your contact information. Once we receive your check, we will make your Inserts. Regardless of which method of Insert you require (new doors, swapped or cut), you can expect to receive them within 4-6 weeks. « Custom Products
These are a bit more involved. We either need to come out & take all the necessary measurements (as well as pictures, and make some rough diagrams), or you need to give us PRECISE measurements (our Commercial customers usually provide us with detailed architectural plans). If you have any questions, let us know & we'll walk you through it.
Obviously, custom products can be quite expensive. You can lower your investment by providing us with as much information as possible: pictures, drawings, proper dimensions, the art inspiration, where the piece is going, any ''theme'', etc. The less guesswork (and research) that we have to do, the lower the investment. Increased complexity and/or labor, as well as ''High-Security'' measures will increase your investment. Regardless, you can always contact us with your questions.
Once we have enough information, we will provide you with an ESTIMATE. All estimates are all inclusive: design, material, fabrication, shipping & handling, as well as fasteners & installation (if applicable). The estimate may also include a Design Study - a rough draft of what we envision (based on your comments & all other info). Please keep in mind that this is an ''estimate'' and not a firm ''quote''. It is difficult (if not impossible) to know how much to charge for a custom product before it is designed. Fortunately, our Estimates are usually within 10%-15% of the actual investment.
« Design Services
Our Design Services run $65 per hour (minimum 10 hours) & follow the same process mentioned for Custom Products above. Once we design something for you, you will get a set of Plans (i.e., shop drawings) that would allow you to make what we designed. Of course, we would like to build it for you. If we do, we will credit the design fee towards the fabrication of the product. ARMORART RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPRODUCE THE PRODUCTS WE DESIGN AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON (INCLUDING FUTURE SALES). Please contact us to begin the design process. Plan on 2-4 weeks delivery for your product design.
« Payment Terms »
Unless otherwise negotiated, 50% payment is due upon ordering, the balance is due upon delivery/installation. Fabrication of your product will commence once payment clears. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you wish to return your STANDARD ArmorArt™ product for any reason, it must be received by us no later than one month from the ship date (to you), and in the condition it was received. We'll then refund 100% (minus S&H).
For Custom Products, 40% payment is due with the order, 30% due upon Design Approval, and the balance due upon delivery/installation. No changes can be made to the product (except for finish) once the Design has been approved. You have the option of canceling your order upon Design Approval (in which case you will be refunded your payment, minus our Design Fee + 20% of the payment as a cancellation fee). Due to the nature of the item, custom products cannot be returned or refunded (except for errors in workmanship). You are liable for damage to the item after it has been received (e.g., if you drop it while trying to hang it on the wall, etc.).

Though we ask for plenty of time to deliver your product (once quoted), it can be done in as little as a few days - it all depends upon complexity of the product & our communications (i.e., the more responsive you are, the quicker it will be done).
