    CONTROL MONTHLY COSTS!

    DLC Association has no hidden hosting fees. It's $25 a month for hosting Levels I, II, and III. Also, there are no fees per edit, and there is no limit to the number of edits you can make with the back office. So, your web site costs will flatline.

    EMAIL SERVICE INCLUDED

    Included with your monthly hosting service are free email accounts (up to 5) and free email redirects (up to 5). If you need additional accounts, figure $2 per email per month or $1 per redirect per month.

    EMAIL YOUR MEMBERS IN BULK

    The optional Comm Center will allow you to select any group of members in the Back Office and send personalized emails to them. The system collect all their email addresses and sends out the emails automatically. The email goes through the DLC server, so you don't need Outlook or any email service to do this. The Comm Center is optional, so if you want it, please add $200 to the setup price of your web site and $25 more per month. These are fixed prices, so there is no limit to the number of emails sent per month.

    MEMBERS CAN MAKE ONLINE RESERVATIONS!

    The new "online reservation form" can help you collect reservations and cancellations for organization events. The system allows members and non-members to make reservations and cancellations via the web site, first selecting an upcoming calendar item and then submitting their payment information. In turn, officers can generate a report of the latest reservations and cancellations. It's very easy to use.

    If you like this feature, please add $300 to the setup price of your site. There is no change in the monthly hosting price, but there may be a setup fee and monthly charge by your bank if you want online authorization of credit card data (so the money is directly deposited into your bank account).

    FREE SERVICES FROM DLC

    Everyone is concerned about costs today. DLC Association will help you bring costs under control in two ways: (a) you'll have the power to make most of the changes at your own web site, and (b) if you need help to change a logo or graphic, DLC's customer service is very responsive and provides this help for free. All of the services below are provided for free, and usually within 24 hours.

    • Update my logo and/or my interface - FREE
    • Help me edit a web page's buttons or contents - FREE
    • Upload a new graphic image for use at the web site - FREE
    • Help me make text bold or italics on a web page - FREE
    • Create a new user account in the Back Office - FREE
    • Help me add or delete a record from a database - FREE
    If you want to add new features to your site, or if you need custom features programmed for you, then we'll let you know what these costs are. Most features are reasonably priced at $50-100 each, and that's just a one-time cost. Your monthly hosting price will not change.
